Quality policy

The company is committed to provide products and services of the highest standards, to satisfy the customer needs, expectation of quality, safety and reliability. We shall attain our quality objectives by: Understanding the requirements of our projects and the systems that support us through training and education. Making continuous improvement a part of every day and every job through the use of team participation and measurements. Health and safety policy statement

We are committed to conducting our operations with excellence, in a socially responsible manner, paying due attention to protection of Health and safety of its employees and the general public, to prevent damage to our plants, equipment, materials or any other property as result of accident, fires or other dangers. It is our policy to provide and maintain a safe working environment for our employees, who are regarded as our most valued assets. The safety of our employee is our priority. Information, instruction and training are available from the company personnel to carry out our work activities and responsibilities. Every employee has an obligation to follow this policy and take reasonable care for their own health and safety and the safety of other people who may be affected by their act of absence. No job is so important and no services are so urgent that time cannot be taken to perform them safely. Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Personal protective equipment policy

It is our policy to provide high quality Personal Protective Equipment: Coveralls, Safety shoes, Safety boots, rain boots, hard hats and hand gloves for all persons engaged in company operations. The management shall enforce the effective use of personal protective Equipment with regular audits and replacements. Our safety personnel shall monitor compliance with this policy. This policy applies to all employees, and visitors. Furthermore, all employees share responsibility for the policy. Its policies are not the specific responsibility of any group or individual. Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Work at heigt policy

Ladders in use at work sites must be in good condition to avoid falls. All scaffoldings must be inspected prior to use. Safety harness is to be used at hit of 6ft and more. Our safety personnel shall monitor and ensure complaisance with this policy Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Environmental protection policy

All operations shall be planned and executed in such a manner as to minimize any adverse effect or impacts on the environment in which we operate. The trust of planning and execution of our work shall be environmental protection and preservation. In the course of our operations, all waste generated shall be collected, handled, treated and disposed off in an environmental sound Manner. Proper house keeping shall be maintained at all times throughout our operations The discharge into air or water bodies of any form of pollutants is forbidden. All regulations/ Legislation on environmental issues by the government of the federal Republic of Nigeria and its appropriate agencies such as Federal Ministry of Environment is binding. Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Occupational health TH policy

It is the duty of personnel to take care of their health and to be medically fit during their employment. The company has a clinic available for medical emergencies. Certified and competent first aider (s) shall man the first aid box and administer first aid to any operational area. Records of medications administered or injuries must be kept in the office. Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Community relation policy

It is our policy to identify ourselves with the needs and aspirations of host Communities in the execution of our operations. The company shall not operate in isolation and shall liaise with host Communities together with concerned government departments, clients and others in order to ensure a safe and peaceful working environment. The company shall ensure the building and upkeep of solid harmonious relationships with communities and shall exhaust every known peaceful strategy to resolve conflict. Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Alcohol and drug policy

The use, unauthorized possession of, distribution, or sale of drugs, alcohol or controlled or illegal substances by employees or temporary staff is strictly prohibited. We aim to ensure that our employees are aware of the health hazards and Safety implications associated with the abuse of drugs or alcohol, to promote a healthy made safe working environment, and to meet the requirements of any legislation or relevant industry guidelines. Any employee that is found to be under the influence of alcohol or in possession of, or under the influence of any drug such as marijuana, heroin, hashish or other illegal or controlled substance while working or residing on any site or in company premises shall have his / her employment terminated immediately. Compliance with this policy is MANDATORY.

Non harassement of employees policy

We prohibit any form of harassment of its employees related to an employee`s race, color, sex, religion, nationality, age, or disability. Any breach of this policy will be treated as a disciplinary matter. The term ‘’harassment’’ includes but is not necessary limited to: Slurs, jokes, other verbal graphic, or physical conduct relating to an Individual’s race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, or disability. Harassment also includes sexual advances, request for sexual favours, and Other verbal, graphic, or physical conduct of sexual nature when: Submission to, or toleration of, such conduct may be explicitly or implicitly in breach of a term or condition of employment. Submission to, or rejected of, such conduct may affect employee’s work Record. such conduct has the purpose or effect of substantially interfering with An employee’s work performance or create an intimidating, hostile or Offensive work environment. Breach of the policy by employee shall subject that employee to disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. No action shall be taken against any employee, because he/she opposed any Practice they reasonably believed to be discriminatory, or filed an internal or External complaints/grievances/charge, or participated in any investigation or Proceeding, in accordance with this policy.
